Wow! at last a topic not about pollution. But i don't understand what has it got to do with ECA? The environment? Or just related in terms of chemistry, health.
I think barbecue food can be healthy. Definitely more healthy than fried food. Provided that it is handled properly and is cooked just right.
From preparation, to cooking the food, to consuming them, all have to be hygienic, not to undercooked or overcook the food. As bacteria could still remain on food that are not cooked, and over cooking may produce harmful chemical.
Oh yes, barbecue food can cause air pollution, as you all know, it can produce a lot of smoke. Maybe my teacher just want us to understand how simple things in our life is can also cause pollution. Or is she encouraging us not to have barbecue?
